There is most definitely favouritism,a lack of training and a high turnover rate. There is certainly no work-life balance but even if you work hard, don't expect much in return. Pretty low salaries unless you're a favourite. The concept of genuineness seems to be lost on a lot of people there, who somehow occupied managerial positions.
