A want-to-get-rich quickly by copying Glassdoor sort of business model except for a minor difference - they're not neutral but gladly let the reviews through the employers approve of. After workimg there you get tires of this censureship practices. Not to mention they treat their own employees poorly - but that will never get out since they obviously censure that as well
