I've been at leadPops for over 4 years. It's so rewarding to see the company grow as it has. Lots of structure, promotion ability, and ALWAYS a family first mentality around here. (That couldn't be more important being a new dad as of late.) leadPops helps instill all the characteristics to grow and thrive as an individual both personally and professionally. Transitioning from "start up" to a well established company with a product that is heavily sought after means I've had to wear a LOT of hats and learned a lot along the way. The growth leadPops has experienced has thrown a lot of new opportunities my way as we expand. It's super exciting being part of a smaller organization that is in it to win it!
