Seniors and juniors communicate openly, help each other freely, and share knowledge without barriers. That reduces fear, improves teamwork, and helps problems get solved faster. During busy seasons, tasks are sometimes assigned without properly considering the deadlines and workload of already assigned tasks. This can create unnecessary pressure, affect task prioritization, and reduce overall efficiency and work quality. Better workload planning and coordination between teams would help maintain productivity and realistic delivery expectations. Also, interns assigns tasks to senior level developers and not consider reviewing them on-time, which affects the developer monthly efficiency even we complete on time.
