nLIGHT: great potential, but now in decline - Recensione dipendente - Senior Mechanical Engineer presso nLIGHT

I started thinking I could maybe retire from nLIGHT. Quickly learned that all the managers are engineers with poor management experience. They hired me because of outside/ different experience. I was lauded for a few unique contributions/ way of developing…. Only to be reprimanded for not doing the things the way they do.. There is no broad picture, just focused on the monitors, to their determinant.
