Vantaggi

This is a great company to work for. They truly have a technology that will change how engineering orgs go about design. The talent here is second to none in relation to the size of the company, and their leadership is very empathetic and capable. -Great Benefits -Great Pay -Incredible Technology -Very Remote Friendly -Strong Path Ahead

Svantaggi

With that being said, in a bittersweet way, the technology has been ahead of its time for the past several years. Now with the advancements in AI/ML as well as simulation, the times have finally caught up to what this technology is capable of. The engineering world is noticing, which is incredibly exciting for the path ahead. Prior to this happening, it forced leaderships' hand to make some very tough decisions as they marched forward towards their vision. -High Risk/High Reward in terms of layoffs -Truly transparent and empathetic leadership with those tough decisions

Vantaggi

Nice memories of what was once an amazing place to work. The early days were full of smart, passionate people, genuine collaboration, and a real sense of purpose.

Svantaggi

After 10 years and six rounds of investment, it’s disheartening to see this company still operate under the illusion that it’s a startup. Despite the time, funding, and opportunities, leadership has failed to evolve. Decisions are made reactively, not strategically, and there's a persistent unwillingness to acknowledge the maturity—or responsibilities—that should come with a decade in business. It’s increasingly clear that the company is rushing toward an exit, likely driven by investor pressure to show some kind of return. As a result, there’s constant turbulence: shifting priorities, chaotic restructures, and erratic changes in strategy. Long-term vision has taken a back seat to short-term damage control. The result? Constant layoffs, financial instability, and a deeply demoralized workforce. Many of the most talented and driven people have already left—or worse, were let go—leaving behind a team largely unprepared to move the company forward. The culture of innovation and collaboration that once made this a promising place to work has been replaced by confusion, poor communication, and short-sighted decisions. The people used to be the best part—smart, passionate, and collaborative—but that spirit has all but vanished. What remains is a skeleton crew, limited in both resources and morale, trying to navigate a company that seems unsure of what it even wants to be anymore. Frankly, I hesitate to even say whether anyone should apply here—I’m not convinced the company has the financial runway to hire at all. Unless you're comfortable stepping into an environment with zero stability and unclear direction, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this one. There are far better places to grow, contribute, and be valued.
