      This is the best agency I have worked in so far. 1- Very supportive team: all colleagues are willing to help you when needed 2- No blame culture: doing mistakes is normal and is part of the learning process. In this case, line managers don't point fingers but rather guide you on potential improvements supported by concrete examples and references 3- CEO is hands-on: Rarely do you find a CEO that works closely with the team on the day-to-day tasks and is willing to invest a lot of time/effort to go the extra mile 4- Full flexibility/WFH policy with no micromanagement. Employees trust each other and each one is accountable for his/her deliverable.

      This agency is growing fast and with that comes change. Thankfully, this is handled in a thoughtful way where employees are heard and their feedback is accounted for. The office is a collaborative environment where everyone actually wants to be there. This is not common in agencies in general, so it is refreshing and inspiring.

      The change mentioned above can also be challenging. It requires making mistakes along with wins and learning from those mistakes. Sometimes, this results in longer hours or the need to seek answers to questions from those nearest.
