1. Disconnect b/w leadership & employees. They are selling a dream that it is the best tool, best company. its like nothing like that. Its a good tool.
2. work life balance does not exist, everyone is expected to work on weekends.
3. Even when bangalore is flooded, directors are asking, please relocate asap. Everyday they will ping & ask when are u coming?
4. They dont allow leaves. They just want all people to work all the time. Productivity is minimum. People spend 12hrs a day at work. whenever ask for leave, they will say, important project.
5. There is shortage of worker, they take contractors. HRs are pathetically slow.
6. onsite and foreigner workers are treated like gods. all UK, netherland, US employees are working remotely but India workers are supposed to go to office and work all day.
7. very low amount of health insurance. that too part of CTC, not separate.
8. People even at solution architech level work as IT consultants, lack of learning all over. Company is growing but not organically. some random trainings are provided and expected to pass tests on that. projects are allocated on random basis. work is not allocated properly based on skill set.
9. lack of coordination between teams. lack of process, SOPs, it is a big mess. I agree company has potential but leadership is aimless in india.
