The VSS process felt more like damage control for management than a fair organizational decision. Favoritism is obvious, with some individuals continuing to thrive despite questionable practices, while capable contributors are sidelined. The previous management team was far more sincere and people-focused. The current leadership, particularly at director level, lacks transparency and integrity and this has eroded trust across the organization.
