      Vantaggi

      - Food in cafe is cheap - Benefit - car/motorcycle interest subsidy. - Training in hotel (depends on superior approval) - EICC control - no need union. All bad attitude will be punished based on EICC. - Camstar system - to ease engineer job

      Svantaggi

      - Micro management - No increment for newly join ( 1 year) in certain department. - Employee can be transfer to different department or job position whether they like it or not (reason of cost saving) - fix 3 break time for operator and technician but engineer only have one break.. Engineer always go back late (after 6pm mostly) - Bonus normally less than 2.1 month.

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
