      Poor management- managers were not selected by fairness. Their priority is to show their value to CEO and ask employees to work longer until they get what they want so that they look better in front of CEO.

      Freat co workers everywhere in each department.

      The GM has bad people skills and treats everyone as replaceable. Upper management thinks training should only take a month when it really takes years. Preaches saftey but does very little in actuality. Terrible staffing, after many layoffs we are left thin with no help, not enough people to fix everything. Promotions take too long ever after 5 star ratings each year
