Lack of any real HR leadership, very good at giving flowery speeches but not much else. Talent Acquisition team is too top heavy with a real lack of common sense, Director and VP level "leaders" with no semiconductor experience who are more concerned about the employees doing what they are told because "they" said so instead of doing what is right. They value administrative/busy work and reports that make them look good over actual results and meaningful work.
