Until they change to un-experience manager

Factory is organized and office is good, they are starting promoting internal events

Honest review, if you are looking for a job there, take if you don’t have other options. Turn over rate is absolutely high, when it’s not the candidates asking resignation, it’s them firing people for the most outrageous reasons. In 6 months, they fired 3 PMs and other one didn’t stay even for a month before I entered. They request a bunch of overtime that is not specified in the begging and they treat your personal life like it’s theirs, requesting to work Saturday, sending reports and being on call Saturday morning, afternoons, sometimes Sundays , week days during the night. No overtime will be paid and you have no option to say “ no”. Culture is a bit toxic, they talk about employees performance with no professionalism between company members , and salary is pretty much average to below for a PM. Work environment is fairly organized, factory is well equipped, onboarding process is good. If you have opportunity in a company that has a bit of culture and a better work life balance, don’t take an offer here. If you don’t have other option, it’s a fair deal for a short period of time.
