The people at this company are fantastic. Everyone cares about each other and doing their best to serve the customer and grow the company.

There can be some disorganization at time. No different than any other startup.

I worked here for six months and have never, in my career, been more micro-managed. Initially hired as an AE with the promise to potentially grow into a leadership position, it became crystal clear very quickly that I was a glorified BDR. I have plenty to say that doesn't need to be aired out on Glassdoor, but the most bizarre part of this entire experience is being let go the DAY I gave my 2 weeks notice, and not even offered an Exit Interview to provide feedback. Typical startup approach where feedback is "encouraged and appreciated" until you say something real, at which point it is ignored and buried (or in this case not even solicited).
