The team that I work with at Rue21 is very young and it's very refreshing to have co-workers and managers that are around my age and understand that it's important to have a life outside of work. My particular store is great about allowing time off of work and understanding when something comes up and we can't make it in to work. Unless you make a habit of it. The starting pay is $8.00, which is fine with me because I'm only working at Rue21 part time. I also love Rue21 because I also get a 10% discount off of clothing and once a month we have Associate Appreciation week where we get 40% off. And Rue21's clothes are pretty affordable, so when we get the discount it's SO cheap. Overall, Rue21 is a fun and upbeat place to work, especially if you are one of today's youth.
