      Well-organised, disciplined company. Workflow is fantastic, and anyone who knows how to use a computer can work there.

      This business values nothing of humans. Your well-being, emotions, ideas, and ambitions are all disregarded. This is a place for people who want to come to work, do work, and go home. Don't expect to make connections humanely, build friendships, and enjoy the time spent. Just be there, do what's given, and go home. I guess perfect for a young and inexperienced person. Probably there is a different story in higher roles, but the majority of entry-level roles are exactly as I described.

      Nothing good, but trauma bonding

      - Poor compensation based on market average - Poor leadership from the top, lack of care for employees, work life balance is poor especially those in the other team (VDC team) from what I have heard. - Lack of growth - They mention bonus but lack incentive and it’s too low to incentivise you to meet your KPIs - High Turnover - Systems are slow such as their internal system (Miles), teleports me back to the 2000’s
