Company uses modern tech stack. Great place to learn about many industry standard technologies. People in P&T are very nice and easy to work with. You can bring in own suggestions and own ideas! You have quite some freedom in making technical decisions.

Decisions are often micromanaged by C Level or middle management. Engineering feels sometimes not treated equally by C Level.
