The company was spun out UC Berkeley Human Engineering Lab with 5 founders. 4 of them are still there. They are all PhDs in mechanical engineering specializing in exoskeletons. This makes working with them a great learning opportunity as you get to pick their brains and learn from their expertise. The company is located in a large warehouse that makes for a pretty cool work environment. There are a lot of old robot pieces around that makes for awesome prototyping and is highly encouraged.

The management team is green in that they don't have that much experience leading teams and people, which made working together difficult at times. No feedback system to tell managers or employees how each were doing/performing
