The attitude of the top management is terrible. They are not too keen on hiring more resources to reduce the stressful and exhausting workloads. They also offer ridiculously low pay and avoid discussions involving increasing the same. There was no training, as some random colleague just told you what to do. It was a horrific experience you better avoid.
