Great product! Staff and management are all dedicated to their work. This says a lot about other companies who push less than reputable product. If what you're selling is worth supporting, you'll get that much more out of your employees who believe in what you're selling.

Huge disconnect between senior management and store operation. Store management either disregards or is confused by directives pushed by home office. Some directives even go as far as failing spectacularly and making the customer experience bad because of these 'little' things. Management ineffective in rewarding good customer interaction, but very good at punishing negative interaction. Home office and management rarely listens to its store associates or the store for ways to improve the store.
