Now there's too much politics and not enough caring for the people who work for you. - You can't get a promotion and have to apply for a higher position if you would like to climb the ladder. There is no guarantee you'd get the role. Often they choose external candidates. - Your workload and responsibilities could be the same as someone who has a higher salary/title than you. - There is a lot of discussions about caring for people's mental health, but when it comes down to it. Your voice is not always heard if you are struggling with a task.

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
