- It's evident progressing with your career is almost very hard sometimes even impossible. You will be stuck in a role without hopes of progression, you will find that you can apply to other roles only to be given feedback almost hard to relate to. - If you a BAME individual things are even worse. There is a false sense of inclusion but in reality, you will be stuck in your role for many months or even years. Many in the past have left the position because of this bias.
