Corporate direction / market shares very solid. Technical "know-how" product and process is at a high level. Attention to 5S / safety is excellent in a high pace manufacturing setting.

Personal development/personal touch. Large corporation that is highly result driven; misses opportunities to gain 'good will' with the workforce (employees). Team building/atmosphere is below industry standards. Such aspects (personal relationships/ team building) are low on priority list for company that prides itself on Engineering (which is its strength). The corporate constraints some time impede regional growth. Can lead to frustration when feasible solutions are delayed(6-18months) due to headquarter release.
