      Poor training and communication. Very low morale. A lot of disrespectful things being said by 'worker bees' towards management.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
