      Very Organized in Culture. Good Database management and Forecasting methods adopted. Works on Realistic principle. Targetting markets on the merit basis to utilize resources well.

      Lacks aggressive attitude in general. Stagnant and sluggish carrier Growth. Internal politics prospers easily. Poor or pathetic decentralization of Authority hinders the growth of the Organization.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
