Salary hikes for sub contractor is neglected if give then given after every 2 years but in small range. No rewards to sub contractors. No permission to enroll in sports or in any company functions. If the project succeed only on roll employee gets rewards. Poor HR policies. False promises. No permanent hope for Sub contractor.
