This company recruits on third party payroll. There is partial behavior between On roll Employee & Sub contract. Sub contractor is been used as only working body. Salary hikes for sub contractor is neglected if give then given after every 2 years but in small range. No rewards to sub contractors. No permission to enroll in sports or in any company functions. If the project succeed only on roll employee gets rewards. Poor HR policies. False promises. No permanent hope for Sub contractor.

Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
