      Pay is less than everywhere else. Managers like to bully people. And do not value staff. Managers like to employ people with no experiance so they wont notice how in bad they are at their jobs.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
