nobody was satisfied with the management staff, salaries, company policy etc. Sadly the company was not defending the employees anywhere and there was constantly pointing fingers at us. Salaries were extremely low for the time we are living and when you have a say and the management is " it's just like that everywhere". Let me disagree :) A lot of plots were played to make some employees to leave on their own. They tried to pull some tricks on us but when the unbreakable evidences got us away. We gave everything to be successful but it was not valued on Translate plus's side. Sadly a lot good employees and colleagues left while I was there because of the poor and pity management. Will never recommend this to a friend or to a human being. There's no room for grow, nobody is valued correctly and what you're doing is taken for granted. No compensations, lack of benefits, awful environment, forcing to go in the office...nothing good there :) don't waste your time.
