Worst Working Environment. People have no clue what they are working on; just the architects and Engineers who want to repeatedly do the same work under what USA states them to do. All work is just matching the pdfs and adjusting the CAD files and Revit. No creativity in software levels. They deal with USA company so you must understand the time difference and work according to that. Extra bulky retired Dell Laptops to be given to everyone for even working from home at night even after a full 15hr day at office. Some of the senior staff are very inccoperating. All meetings with USA at night(takes up a lot of your time.) In short, even if anybody wants to work with a BIM Company, kindly chose a one which does not work with USA.(I was not told about the ful working hours, not even the USA one, not that we would be given so heavy laptops) The copany earns a lot but fails to invest on employees.
