- Great office in NYC with motivated team and exceptional founders/advisors/experts (There is another office in India too and looks like some reviews are from there) - making impact on a very big problem: mental health ...the integrity, expertise of the team is very clear - collaborative work place with a lot of opportunities to contribute

- small team in US, and a decent sized team in India means we have to coordinate across time zones. It's not that hard but sometimes can be inconvenient.

- Fast growing - Making impact on mental health of people - Smart leadership

- India needs more work as most of the growth is in US right now
