Great team with very capable and motivated people. Things move fast and decisions are made quickly. High ownership across the team and a very hands-on culture. The game is improving steadily with every iteration and playtest, which makes the work feel very tangible.

Still a growing company, so some processes are not fully in place yet.

In the last few years, I've learned and experimented more than ever before. I love being always up to date technologically. The latest developments are tested immediately and adapted if necessary. This project is very close to my heart. It was started by passionate gamers and matches my taste perfectly — I really enjoy playing it myself. The employees are amazing. Everyone is very helpful and passionate about their work. There is a lot of fun to be had together outside of work hours as well.

The technical and qualitative standards are very high, which often means things require multiple attempts.
