1) 0 work life balance.. They expect you to be working 24*7. And even after working 24*7 you wont get appreciated for the good work you have done. 2) All Saturdays are officially working days. 3) No increments.CEO keeps lying to your face. On top of that he will give you constant lectures on professional ethics but he himself keeps on lying. 4) Even though Sunday is officially a holiday, you will hardly get to enjoy that 1 day off. You will get a call almost every Sunday and you are expected to work. No comp offs or incentives for working overtime or on Sundays. 5) Management doesn't care about employees 1bit. Literally they never think about their employees.

1. Don't go by some positive reviews, that has been given by the employee in pressure. 2. Don't join this company if you want to have a life. Because you will have to work on even sunday most of the times and working hours will be 14 to 15 hours. Don't expect any comp offs for working extra. 3.Management doesn't care about you at all, all they will ask you is you are not working enough even after working 14 hours a day. 4. In the meetings they will say big-big things but in reality none of this will ever happen.
