Most of the team members are good and enjoyable to work with. The in-house product is interesting, advanced, and challenging. There is always forward thinking about how to further develop the product, and there is encouragement for internal employees to grow. However, all the benefits and development opportunities are not worth it when you feel like you're selling your soul to the devil.

It's one of the most toxic places I've ever worked. They are dishonest about having a work-life balance and if you're not staying overtime, for which you're not reimbursed - you're not considered "one for the team." It feels like being brainwashed, working in a factory line where you and your personal life don't matter—everything is for the benefit of the organization and this becomes clear when your direct manager teaches you manipulative tools and methods to influence colleagues to act in the company's interest, rather than for the employees' benefit. They try to cover up the suffocating environment with benefits and "perks which in the end aren't worth it.
