The organization suffers from systemic cultural issues. Overtime is expected, and leadership places emphasis on rapid turnaround rather than quality work. Employee (Hello AI Big Brother!) monitoring practices are intrusive, and trust between management and staff is lacking. Leadership is aware of many of these problems but rarely addresses them. Decisions about staffing, including terminations, can appear arbitrary. Toxic leadership behaviors have been tolerated, and reports of mistreatment are overlooked. Burnout is widespread, as the company continually accepts new projects without considering team capacity and avoids bringing in outside support. Leadership awareness of these challenges has not translated into meaningful change, and staff well-being is rarely prioritized. Wages are below industry standards. Stress levels are high.
