Working at this company is an extremely negative experience. The office environment is unhealthy and dysfunctional. There’s no proper kitchen, no ergonomic setup, and the noise and constant interruptions make it impossible to make phone calls or hold meetings. In the winter, the heating is inadequate, and in the summer, employees are placed in a makeshift room where temperatures often exceed 37ºC (98ºF), with no air conditioning. There's zero flexibility in working hours — unless you're one of the "chosen" few. Overtime is not paid, and if you work extra hours, you're not allowed to take time off in return. The company offers no benefits — none at all. Transportation and lunch are paid out of pocket. If you can’t afford lunch, there’s nowhere suitable to eat. The kitchen appliances are dirty and barely functional, and dishes are washed in the bathroom sink. Speaking of which, there is only one unisex bathroom for over 15 people — not including the staff and guests from the neighboring office that shares the same space. The management has no clear vision or leadership. They are solely focused on making money — often in unethical ways — at the expense of employees, clients, and partners. Employees are treated like children, underpaid, and left without clear processes or direction. Everything feels chaotic. There is no culture of learning, growth, or feedback — just constant micromanagement. Satisfaction surveys don’t exist, likely because leadership already knows that no one is happy working there. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You won't grow, learn, or be valued in this environment.
