Company board and all senior positions are held by males exclusively. also in the main company (Germany).
Smart-working: it's being implemented in my local national branch but half-heartedly, because the managers clearly lack the culture.
Bear in mind: working for a local branch in another country is very different from the company's main head-quarters - especially with regards to Human Resource management and opportunities for growth.
In the local national branch where I work, the managers do not seem interested in discussing a career plan. Nor do they invest much in education and in up-skilling their workers.
