Even though they've been around for almost a decade now, they retained that startup agility. Everyone can start as IC and rise up by incrementally taking up more responsibilities. Teammates are fun and chill, and you have the chance to work on interesting projects for some of the biggest companies out there. The hours are flexible and WFH is allowed
