The leadership team is focusing solely on avoiding conflicts with the CEO rather than driving meaningful change or growth. The product itself is riddled with issues, and the company lacks any clear vision for the future. Instead of addressing fundamental flaws, the focus seems to be on superficial fixes. If you're looking for a place where your efforts are valued and where you can grow professionally, look elsewhere. Yoobic is not the place for that.
