It’s true that the last few years brought real change, and not all of it has been easy. As the market and customer expectations shifted, we made some tough decisions to keep the company healthy for the long term. We know those choices can affect how day-to-day work feels, and we take that feedback seriously.
We also want to clarify a point around benefits. While a small number of benefits have evolved over time, many remain in place, including offerings like six months of paid parental leave, which is not common for a company of our size. Like most companies, we review benefits annually based on usage and impact, but we fully own that our communication around those changes could have been clearer.
Trust in leadership is built over time, and we recognize that we still have work to do there. While not every decision will resonate with everyone, they are made with the intent of supporting both our people and the long-term direction of the company.
