Thank you for taking the time to give us your views and obviously we're sorry that your experience here wasn't as good as you would have liked. It is hard to respond without specific examples, but we do take reviews seriously. While we know there are always areas to improve and individual experiences vary, our recent engagement survey suggests a very different overall view from the vast majority of Uberallers and our voluntary attrition rates are below the benchmark average for our industry. After the Momentfeed acquisition in 2021, there has been a deterioration in company culture, perhaps temporary as I left in 2022.
