Inês Rocha, Marketing Consultant at Celfocus, explores how Communication Service Providers (CSPs) can progress toward fully Autonomous Networks by integrating hashtag#AI and hashtag#Automation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, following TM Forum’s model and Gartner’s guidelines. Inês outlines TM Forum’s five levels of network autonomy and Gartner’s four-phase transformation model for OSS evolution, where TM Forum believes that the goal is to achieve Level 4 or 5, whereas Gartner’s analysis states that most CSPs are still in Level 1 or 2.
