As a CNA and TMA at Parmly on the Lake in Chisago City, she brings care and dedication to her role every day — and now, she’s taking the next step by pursuing her nursing degree at North Hennepin Community College through the Monarch Education Assistance Program. Though quiet by nature, Laura’s actions speak volumes. Her commitment to growing her skills and deepening her impact is exactly what the Monarch Scholar program is all about. Meet Monarch Scholar Tess T., administrator at The Villas at the Park in Saint Louis Park and a current student at the University of Minnesota. Tess is a Monarch Healthcare Management employee who is pursuing a degree in healthcare administration and working toward her LNHA and LALD. She joined Monarch just six months ago, and we’re incredibly proud to support her journey as she grows into the next generation of long-term care leadership. 🧡

Our CNAs are champions of long-term care: offering strength, compassion, and hands-on support at every moment. Their work is not always easy, but it is always essential. Olu is applying her scholarship to a nursing program at North Hennepin Community College, Pauline recently received her BSN from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and Dominic is pursuing his BSN Southwest Minnesota State University.
