- 3% 401(k) match - typical healthcare - company does provide some restricted stock units (RSU), but not crazy amount, about 4k or 5k stock worth (value changes as the price of stock changes) split into 3 vesting years - bonus targeting 1 or 2 % in the recent years (2022, 2023, 2024) - employees are (asked) forced to take their own saved up vacation days dictated by the company (e.g., this year's worth of vacation days must be used within this year) - employees' amount of vacation hours that could be saved up have been shrunken in 2024 by almost half, one could go on vacation for about 2-2.5 weeks/year, if one hasn't been in the company long enough, it used to be about 2.5-4 weeks if the amount of hours were fully saved up
