First round : typing test and some grammar test easy one. You need to score at least 9 to qualify out of 20 and 2 nd round is takes 1 hour 30 min where they check again typing test , jumbling sentence , complete and incomplete sentences , agree disagree questions and a mock chat. 3 rd round operations you should need a good communication skills and be confident. If you got selected on the day documentation they will do typing test again.they won't tell about this they will ask you suddenly , so be prepared. Make sure typing speed is 30 words per minute and 85% accuracy. All hrs will give you good guidance to understand how to complete the interview successfully.
