      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso [24]7.ai (Bengaluru) nel mese di lug 2019

      Colloquio

      I was contacted by the company recruiter and scheduled a phone screen. The person to be called changed 3 times with in 5 minutes. Finally a makeshift arrangement was done and a Manager called me. She did not know what to ask and she just covered the projects and hanged the call. Further F2F rounds were scheduled. I went on time to the office and their security took 15 mins for registration. The first guy appeared and he started with my current project and targeted questions very specific to project on the Kafka messaging system. He sounded to be knowledgeable on the topic and pitched right questions. The rest of the 2 rounds were not that great and they just copy the format of other big ecommerce companies just for name sake and does not seem to show competency to run the discussion in the right direction. One of the interviewer does not even know the advanced concurrency data structures available in Java and was wondering what are the operations on a blocking queue! I was not sure if he is making sarcastic comments or he does not know them :). BTW, I heard that the AI work is not really done by any of the team on the floor, and it seems like a fancy! Overall not so positive experience.
