Tedious, very common among bpo companies. They conduct an initial job interview, then an exam and typing test, and then they do a final interview. In-between these you have to wait 1-2 hours sometimes almost 5 hours to get called and give you the result. You need an entire day to apply.

3 round process. They test the communication skills and your english speaking skills. Call with the manager and see how you react as a customer service agent. Good company to work immediately after bachelors or part time students. You increase your communication skills here.
