Interview Process:
The interview process started with an HR screening round where basic details like experience, availability, and salary expectations were discussed. This was followed by a technical round focused on frontend fundamentals and React concepts.
The technical discussion included questions on React basics, component structure, hooks, state management, and general JavaScript concepts. Some problem-solving and real-world scenario questions were also asked to understand practical knowledge.
Difficulty Level: Medium
The questions were not overly difficult, but a strong understanding of core React and JavaScript fundamentals was required.

They asked an in-depth React performance optimization question, focusing on how React’s reconciliation works, when and why components re-render, and how to prevent unnecessary re-renders using memoization, useMemo, useCallback, and proper state lifting. They also went deep into closure behavior in hooks and real-world debugging scenarios.
I have been selected as Deputy Manager - IT Senior Deployment Specialist role at VOIS. Questions needs to be focused mostly n Software Testing Life Cycle processes. I have received the offer within a week and have accepted the offer, it was a good experience.
