I had an interview with their COO followed by an online personality test. After the results of the test came in, I was scheduled with four of their top leaders to have extensive interviews the following week, including with the CEO. The interviews were an hour-long each and very detailed and I really enjoyed the process. My issue is that I never heard back from the company again despite my thank you notes sent to all parties. I invested more than 20 hours in research, preparation and interviews and it was disappointing that the company ghosted me at the end of the process. I would just encourage them to have a little more decency with candidates that invest so much time and energy into preparing for and having a long series of interviews. I am always hesitant to leave any kind of negative reviews for any kind of company, but I just feel very strongly that it was not appropriate to leave me with absolutely no communication about this position. I wish them all the luck in the world in finding their next chief program officer.

I think their main concern was finding someone that could bridge many departments and help each of them to consolidate their efforts in a more strategic direction regarding educational programming for the organization.

Met with 10+ people from various departments. This was a marathon. Not all who I met with seemed prepared or present during our meetings, some were literally reading email and computer during interview. I did not hear back for weeks. Transparency regarding expectation and purpose of interviews was lacking.

After being screened by email on 11/6/17, I was asked to come in for an interview on 11/21/17. The initial interview was with the hiring manager who happened to be lovely. The HR manager then contacted me to come in for a second round of interviews with various other colleagues from the corporation. The HR manager then accidentally forwards me an email that was intended to go to another candidate who was qualified to come in for a second round of interviews as well. It was very unprofessional and awkward for me to see my competitions name and email chain. I came in to interview anyway because I know mistakes can happen. On Dec 5th, I then met with several employees there who were polite and cordial. The HR manager then proceeded to ask me where I was in the job search process and since holidays were coming up I let her know that they could take their time but I was very interested in the job. She then informed me that they would be in contact. I then contacted the HR manager on 12/20 to see if a decision was made. It is now 1/24 and I have not heard either way. As you can see the interview process took several months and was a huge waste of time. Future interviewees beware!
