Easy interview process. They will try and convince you that the $15,000 per year salary + the 1% & 2% commission will make you enough to be above poverty. Don't fool yourself. If making a $15,000 - $20,000 per year total, is good money, then this job is for you.

They wan't to know if you can deal micro-managemnet. You will be babysitted by your local manager & the manager he answers to. They watch & track you during the day to make sure you're in the field working.
