I applied through LinkedIn and after that I had a phone call with a recruiter. Who asked few standard questions and after that gave me the opportunity to inquire myself. The call lasted for around 15 minutes and we agreed to have a technical interview in few weeks.
I was invited for the initial tech interview which took around 40 minutes in total. That one didn't go well and I got a rejection letter afterward.

Ein simples Vorstellungsgespräch mit einigen Leuten wo Fragen über Motivation und einige technische Fragen gestellt werden, gefolgt von einer relativ leichten Programmieraufgabe und abschließend darauf ein weiteres kurzes Gespräch mit 2 Leuten aus dem Team um den Gedankengang beim Coden zu erläutern.
